Without the use of sex and Jack Daniels. I know doesn’t sound like much fun. You don’t have to worry about a hangover. If you don’t have sex partner/sex buddy or that go-to friend than my 5 ways are much safer and attainable.

I want to add even though I didn’t include in my 5 for 5 is buying fresh flowers once or twice a week. The smell and arrangement will definitely put you in a relaxed state of mind.

I want to apologize for the use of me saying “to relieve stress” in the podcast. I literally did the P’cast at 2 am EST. not an excuse but explains my screwing up my words.
