Fried Potato Balls
Ingredients:

4 large potatoes, peeled and Julienne- cut

1 egg, beaten

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Salt and pepper to taste

Oil for frying

For the Dipping Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Potatoes: In a large bowl, combine the Julienne-cut potatoes, egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the potatoes are coa
